tryAcquireResources

Default implementation is a no-op as most connectors do not require any resource for their PartitionsCreatorFactory. Postgres connector being the exception.

On success returns TryAcquireResourcesResult.ReadyToRun carrying an AutoCloseable that the caller must close exactly once when the factory is done producing its PartitionsCreator . The handle is owned by the caller — implementations must not retain it on shared state, so concurrent calls from different feeds cannot overwrite one another.
